We are excited to announce summer fun registration starts April 15th. We will be using a new registration process through 4HOnline. Please follow these instructions:

  • Log into 4HOnline or create an account https://www.4honline.com/
  • Choose New 4-H Member Guide or Outdoor Adventure as the project
  • Choose Member at Large for club
  • Complete all questions (health, consents, etc then click submit)
Once your child’s 4-H Online enrollment is approved, log into the account and click on the hamburger menu on the top left and click on events. All eligible events will show up on the right.
CALENDAR OF EVENTS:

May 21, 28, and June 4 Fit for Summer 10-15 yrs 3:30-4:30 p.m.  Make Healthy Snacks and Learn Yoga/Mindfulness @ Camden County Library in May and Nature Journaling and Kayaking on June 4th @  Treasure Point 4-H Camp (Free)

June 7-Aug 7 100 hours outside challenge 8-18yrs. Participants receive a goody bag of outdoor fun. There will be a drawing at the end of the summer to win a fantastic prize! ($5)

June 10-11 Explore the Great Dismal Swamp 8-12 yrs. 9 a.m.-2 p.m. ($10) FULL

June 12 Big Canoe Adventure 10-16 yrs. 9 a.m.-2 p.m. @ Merchant Millpond ($5)

June 17 Cloverbud Camp 1 Outdoor Adventures 5-8yrs. 9-11 a.m. @ Treasure Point 4-H Camp (Free)

June 21 District Activity Day- 5-18 yrs. Do a presentation on your favorite topic, give a public speech, compete in our grilling contest, or show of your talent in the talent show (Call our office to register by May 23rd) (Free)

July 1-3 Culinary Camp 10-16 yrs 9 a.m.-2 p.m. @ Currituck Extension Office ($30) FULL

July 8-12 Treasure Point 4-H Camp 8-12 yrs 9 a.m.-3 p.m. @ Treasure Point 4-H Camp ($25) FULL

July 15 Cloverbud Camp 2 Cooking 5-8yrs. 9-11 a.m. @Camden County Library (Free)

July 30, Aug. 6 and Aug. 13  Oh the Places you will go! (Discover animals field trip program) We are going to the Zoo, Aquarium and Sylvan Bird Park 8-12 yrs. ($30 for all) FULL

Aug 1, 8, and 15 Discover Kayaking- 10-16 yrs. Treasure Point, NW River, and Back Bay with the Dolphins ($60)

Aug 2 Olympic Field Day 8-13 yrs, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. @ Camden Community Park. Participants compete in relay races, track and field, and other fun games in Camden’s Olympic Games! (Free)

Aug 12 Cloverbud Camp 3 Cooking 5-8yrs. 9-11 a.m. @Camden County Library (Free)
