Tell Me Something Good

2025 Northeast Ag Expo Summer Field Day

The Northeast Ag Expo celebrated its 30th anniversary on July 31st with a Summer Field Day that brought together approximately 300 regional farmers and agribusiness professionals. Attendees were treated to field tours highlighting the latest research in corn, soybean, and cover crops, as well as a captivating agricultural drone demonstration.

Adding to the celebratory atmosphere, special guests Mr. and Mrs. Wuf from NC State made a special appearance, joining the festivities.

The Northeast Ag Expo is organized by Extension personnel from six counties—Camden, Currituck, Chowan, Gates, Pasquotank, and Perquimans—to promote the profitability and sustainability of farming operations in the region.
