If you enjoy the science of fermentation, then join us for Fermentation Fridays! Each class will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Currituck Extension Office. The fee for each class is $15.00. There is so much fun fermenting to do! Learn why these products are fermented, and how to care for them safely. sauerkraut as part of the Fermentation Friday Series

Sauerkraut March 17th
