Jams and Fruits

To ensure the safety of our community during this time, here are a few updates to the previously scheduled May and June FCS programs.

  • The Safe Plates for Food Managers Class for June has been postponed. We will send updates on when this course will be held in the future.
  • Instant Pot 101 and 201 will be moved to virtual learning with new dates. The cost for the program is free to join! Instant Pot 101 will be held June 15 and Instant Pot 201 will be held June 19, 2020, both from 2–4 p.m. Registration Deadline for the Instant Pot 101 is June 11 and Instant Pot 201 is June 17.   • Home Food Preservation Series will also be moved to virtual learning and the cost is free to join! Workshop dates will remain the same. Jams and Jellies workshop will be June 8, Pickling workshop will be June 9, and Yoghurt Making will be June 11, 2020. All workshops will be from 2–4 p.m. Deadline for registration of series workshops is Friday, June 5.
