Aging With Gusto 2018: “Keep It Local”

Extravaganza on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at the at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center in Barco. This regional advanced lifestyle conference, features workshops, speakers, entertainment, and informative exhibits.

This year we will be celebrating the 350th Anniversary of the Albemarle Region with local historians and workshops that complement our this wonderful region. So come prepared to “keep it local” as we also highlight local produce. The event will be held at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center located at 120 Community Way in Barco, right off of US 158 East – between the Currituck Airport and Central Elementary School. Plan to begin your fun-filled day at 9:30 a.m. and party until the cows come home or until 2 p.m. The cost for the day is only $12 per person and includes lunch. Registration deadline for this event is Friday, September 17. Space is limited, so seats will be filled on a first-come, first served basis. So don’t delay, register today!
