4-H Art Expression Camp posterCamden County, N.C. – Registration for 4-H Art Expression Camp, July 26–27, 2018, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., is now open! Youth ages 8-12 years old can spend the first day of camp outside at Treasure Point 4-H Camp as they learn the different elements of design through drawing, painting, collaging and sculpting. The second day will include a trip to the Camden County Library where youth will learn about the components of a story and write original poetry. Camp will concluded with an art show put on by the youth at 3:30 p.m. at Treasure Point that parents are encouraged to attend. The registration cost is $9.

There will be plenty of creativity as youth work individually and together to make art. Projects will be available to take home at the end of the second day. All youth should bring lunch, snack, water, sunscreen and bug spray since we will be outside.

Registration is available. Your spot is confirmed when payment is received at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Camden County Center and 4HOnline registration is completed. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
