Cheese Making 101- Experience the Science of Cheese Making

Do you LOVE cheese? Do you want to learn how to make mozzarella cheese? Then this hands-on Cheese Making Class is for you! NC Cooperative Extension, Currituck County is holding a cheese making 101 class on November 6th from 1:00 to 3:00pm. At the Currituck Extension Office. Join in on the fun! Learn the science behind cheese making by participating in the cheese making process. The class fee of  $5.00 will hold your place in the class.

Seats will fill up fast so pre-register by October 30th to guarantee your spot. You can register online at go.ncsu.edu/cheesemaking1012017 or by contacting the office at 252-232-2261. Payment must be received within 5 business days of registering and can be made in person at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center or by mailing a check made payable to “Currituck County” to 120 Community Way, Barco, NC 27917.
