Canning Class Schedule for 2016

North Carolina Cooperative Extension, Currituck and Camden County Centers will be holding a food preservation class on canning fruit butters. The class will be held August 22, 2016 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the Currituck County Center of North Carolina Cooperative Extension. This is the final class of a series of canning classes offered each year by N.C. Cooperative Extension.

For an introduction to food preservation check our free online Canning 101 class. This class has a $15.00 registration fee and class size is limited. You must pre-register and pay before attending, however day of registration is accepted if space is available. Make checks payable to Currituck County and put Canning Class along with the class name on the Memo line. Mail registration fee to 120 Community Way Barco, NC 27917.
